What part of your work makes you most proud?
“For us, it is all about the final result, that moment when everything comes together and becomes visible. We love working on moving parts such as the tender doors. The outfitting and completion phases are the most rewarding. On the Amels 80, the tender garage is a real highlight, beautifully engineered and completely packed.”

What makes working on this yacht different from previous projects?
“The Amels 80 is larger, more spacious and has far more moving components. That makes it more challenging and diverse. Every part demands precision and attention. It is craftsmanship at the highest level.”
What does it mean to you to leave your mark on this yacht?
“We are incredibly proud of the end result. Sometimes we return on board later to check something, and it is amazing to see the yacht in use. That is when she truly comes to life.”
How does teamwork contribute to the quality of the Amels 80?
“Teamwork is the key to success. Everyone gets the chance to grow, to learn and to do what they are best at. The collaboration is strong, from colleagues on the floor to the project leaders who are closely involved. By working together, we make sure every detail is right and that the result meets the highest standards.”
